Do any of you know of a free program I could use in order to isolate and save a frame from an MP4 video?
I have a graduation video, and I want to make a print of a handshake shot. I just don't know how to do it for free. I can borrow a friend's photoshop, but neither of us know how to use it.
Can any of you suggest a free program?

Have you tried sending yourself the video or pulling it up on your phone. If you click on edit & then play - you can pause the video. Then use the slider to get the exact shot you want to capture & take s screen shot.
