With summer here this is my go to summer drink. I want to make it at home to save money. Anyone have a great recipe? I have some of the tea bags from tazo blackberry black tea or peach green, simple syrup and lemonade. I love how they make it but not sure how to recreate it. lu

I would not use teabags that are already fruit infused like the blackberry black tea or the peach green tea.
I would start with a plain tea for ice tea. Luzanne or Lipton. Make tea according to directions. Add lemonaid to desired ratio.
You can also look for "Arnold Palmer recipes" He is actually the one to start the tea/lemonaid drink many years ago.
Then once you get the tea/lemon aid ratio to your liking add a fruit syrup

luanne - Google copycat starbucks iced tea lemonade recipes . You will get lots of options to check out. My favorite SBs tea is the passion tea, unsweetened (no lemonade). Whenever I try to recreate it at home it never tastes the same or as good as theirs. :/

I use Tazo Passion (the one with the bigger bags that makes a quart), either as cold brew or hot water from the keurig. then add fresh squeezed lemon or lime and just a sprinkle of sweetener, or a couple of scoops of lemonade from frozen. I just leave the bag in the pitcher, toss it when the tea is gone.

After much trial and error, i have perfected the Peach Green tea lemonade. I don't have specific proprtions, but I brew a pitcher of Tazo Zen tea, pour it in a glass over ice, add Newman's Own Virgin Lemonade and Torianis peach syrup. Yum! It's also really good with BlackBerry syrup instead of Peach. They had those last summer and called them BlackBerry Mojito or something like that.

I found a copycat that is great. Tazo green tea with lemongrass and Simply lemonade. I think I used 5-6 bags and put them in boiling water and let them steep for about 10 minutes. I think I mix it 1 part green tea to 2 parts lemonade. I also found the passion tea in a box at Walmart ready to go. To change things up in will switch to that.

I make tons of simple syrup with the tazo hibiscus tea. Steep 4 teabags in 1 cup of boiling water. Strain and dissolve 1 C sugar. Add this to taste to your lemonade. I also do this with other tea flavors to add to our lemonade.

I buy the Tazo iced passion tea bags from Target, brew a pitcher, then mix 2/3 tea with 1/3 Simply Lemonade to recreate the passion tea lemonade. I always order it unsweetened at Starbucks, but if you like it sweetened, as simple syrup to taste.

Target iced green tea with peach - tazo brand - comes in a box. With the other teas, is liquid not bags. Costco - lemonade
Fill glass with ice, add half ice tea and half lemonade. Mix to blend together. This is how they do it at the pseudo Starbucks at my work.
