Evening! My plan A was to stick to running on Mondays even now that dance is over, but Tropical Storm Colin had some other ideas about that. So I went to CrossFit instead. I caught up on some midline work I had missed yesterday and did the regular class workout--14 minutes of as many rounds as possible of 40 double unders, 30 wall ball shots, and 20 toes to bar. I did the double unders and wall balls Rx (as prescribed) but I can't string together my toes to bar yet. It's aggravating but I know I'll get them in time. brandy327 congrats on your loss! You're so dedicated I knew you'd get solidly below that 200 mark. STBC I'm excited for your triathlon! You'll need to post pics and an update! Sometimes I miss that part of my life, but swimming in open water in FL is way different than swimming in open water elsewhere (you know alligators and such). Maybe when DD is older I'll get back into it. monklady123 welcome! I like your outlook and your plan to walk. My parents will often walk to do their errands around town--my mom calls them walkabouts. Patter , I'm giggling at your snack of 32g of peanut butter. My peanut butter measurement is more like "little spoonful...big spoonful...forgot how many spoonfuls I've had..." brandy327 they definitely work your midline! I have a hard time with the timing. These can be scaled so you just hang from the bar and use your abs to bring your legs up as far as possible.

Good Evening! What a long, long LONG day. I thought this week at work wouldn't be as busy as last week but I think it may be worse. Ugh! 3 more weeks and then it's vacation time!
My 16 yr old started his summer job today. He had a 6 yr shift and he is exhausted. I got home at 5:30 from work and he was asleep. I'm letting him sleep - hopefully he wont' wake up and then be up all night.
Today is my non-run day so I did a 30 minute walk on the treadmill, arm weights and my stretching. I'm so looking forward to going to bed tonight.

ETA: for anyone wanting to know what toes to bar are: Toes to BarOkay, that is funny. Yep, PB and Jesus are the glue that hold me together too. I get it from my grandmother. I even wrote a piece for her funeral about PB. LOL! But that PB can be very dangerous to the diet so yes, I measure it. It is very easy to go wild with the stuff.
