I walk 1 hour a day but would like to add on a short workout daily that covers abs and arms. any recommendations?

Honestly, abs would probably be the last muscle group I would work.

There's an app that's actually called Quick Fit - 7 minute workout. I've used it and like it. It's a full-body workout...from the description "Perform 12 exercises for 30 seconds, with a 10 second break in between." Core work is the foundation to having good posture and a healthy back. I second this. A strong core is very beneficial for other activities.
