Thankfully I missed the hate post.
Congratulations to Tori. And a big THANKS to them both for wanting to serve our country.

Congratulations, I know it has to be tough, but you are right, day by day is the best thing to do. I'm sorry you've had to deal with people making comments because raising a child is hard - I've seen the best of families struggle and I myself struggle with a DD that is 90% of the time a pretty good kid but there's those days where I am struggling with her independence and defiance. I never in a million years thought I would be dealing with a situation like that.
My heart goes out to you and your daily struggle and I hope for the best as she gets older and she makes progress as she sounds like she has a step in the right direction at the moment.

Congratulations to you and your daughter.
I also missed the hate posts about your other daughter, but I am glad to hear she is trying to get her life on track. Every child is so different. I hope that she is one who will thrive on the discipline and structure of the Army and will be able to have the life that you envision for her.

So glad to hear about both girls! I hope Taylor stays focused this summer~ the Army could be a great experience for her. What score does she need on that test?

Thank you all. The minimum needed I believe is a 50...I could be wrong.

You really are an inspiration to us and to your daughters. Staying your course is always a ball-buster, but you've succeeded. We have been there and done that, too, and made some delicious lemonade out of a few sour lemons. One thing that's always impressed me in your updates is how you have wanted your daughters to get along - it isn't just about parents and child. Their relationship has to work for the future and I am hoping it will. Best of luck to both your kids on their next path.

You must be one proud momma for both of your girls! I know how much you have been working for things to turnaround for your one DD. I am glad a difference is being made in the positive direction! I wish all of you continued success!!

Tori graduated yesterday...17 years old she busted her buttttt to graduate early, joined the Maries and was amazing at graduation. My favorite part was when they asked all the graduates that were leaving to serve their country to stand. Out of a class of 300, 4 graduates stood. They had them remain standing and said, " Those that choose to protect our freedoms are the reason we are able to celebrate today". They then asked for all those that are currently serving or whom have served, to stand. The place went into loud appluase for a good five minutes. It warmed my heart....6 weeks till Parris Island. So proud of her..... I hesitated to post about Taylor but the haters whom hide behind their keyboards can go screw themselves. Sorry, but I will not let a bully stop me. For the haters please refrain from commenting, thank you. Taylor has met with the Army, she takes the AVSAB early July and the plan is for her to leave for boot in October. She finshes High school middle of September, so she will be in the Delayed entry program once she takes her AVSAB. Her pratice score was high, she was pissed it wasn't higher, so she asked for the rest of June to study. She's back at home for the past month and half and has apoligized to us, is spending time with her sisters, working and going to school. I'm not delusional,I'm not counting on anything...we are just going day by day. Thank you all for all your previous comments. Have a great day. I have a Taylor and Tori in my life too! Taylor is graduating this week. Tori is a paramedic!
