Have you tried uploading it to What the Font or something similar?

I have. Because the letters are connected, the programs haven't worked for me. What the font asked me to identify the letter when it was showing me the entire word ie: "is" but it will not allow me to answer two characters. When I try to identify just one letter, the font read is not accurate  |

You can also post that picture in the What the Font forum to see if one of the font experts there can figure it out.
