I decided to delete my original comments. There was enough information to prompt me to make a phone call. It is being taken seriously and being looked in to. Hopefully it is nothing, but as someone said "if you see something, say something." Thanks for all of your helpful responses.

I think I would want to know what the page says, then decide how concerned I would be. Any way to have someone translate it for you?

Can Google translate give you at least a small idea?

Foxfire has an add on for page translations called google translate. Easy enough to find out what the page is really about. Most of the time you don't even have to know what the language is. Google translate will figure it out.

Even if you are concerned, what can you do, besides inform the person in the pic? Once you put something out there, it is out there. If I were concerned, I would just let the person know

I would notify my boss about it, in an FYI kinda way.

I would run it through an online translator regardless of what language it was - just to know what was being said on social media about the organization. Always good to keep aware of that. I would also share with the boss.
If it seems untoward I would not hesitate to share that information with anyone who has jurisdiction to do something with it.
No panic, no fear of brown people, just - hmm, wonder what that is.

I keep seeing "if you see something, say something" so in that vein I would contact authorities in a non-emergent way to simply share the info. That said, I have no idea who to contact or in what way.

FYI to your boss. You could also write the person, with something like:
"Thank you again for the 2012 presentation. We thought you would be interested it's still getting coverage / being noticed..."

I would be somewhat concerned. As such, I would probably inform my boss, the speaker and call the local chapter of the FBI.
It has been documented that ISIS has published hit lists of military personnel and if it were me, I would want to know.

I would notify your boss and the speaker and try to use Google Translate.....and possibly just remove the photo since it is so old.
And you can block that person from the page if they have "liked" the whole page.
I do know that people can "checkin" to your site/business/page and there is no way to stop them at all from doing so. There are some not so nice people who have decided to do so at all the gym/salons/massage places in our area and when you click on their FB page, it's full of "if you're lonely, call me at this number". We have one guy right now that keeps tagging us and at least one other gym...ugh!

oh dear. I'm one of those "Christians clinging to my guns" and the suggestion to call the FBI because a brown guy shared a photo from 4 years ago seems a bit ridiculous. Google translate it, and if you don't like what you see or you find it questionable then delete the photo, or block him, or both.

It has been documented that ISIS has published hit lists of military personnel and if it were me, I would want to know. This! A friend of mine had 24 hours to get rid of her Facebook account b/c of her husband's job at the Pentagon. She never shared anything about him and had already changed her name on facebook, but last year she had to totally delete everything (and he isn't a public person/speech-giver at all).

I would be curious, but it wouldn't even occur to me to be concerned.
