That's less than a dollar an item...I would be happy with that. What are you thinking?

Mine was very similar! Seems to be fair for $5! Are you happy with it?

$5 looks fair to me for those funsies! If I get doilies in my bag I am going to need some help using them though lol.

I use doilies as masks/stencils for mixed media. I also fold in half and use in a layering bundle. They're good and bulky.

If I get doilies in my bag I am going to need some help using them though lol. I'm with nicolep on the doilies, though! That's really going to be a challenge. I love, love, love doilies. They are so easy to layer (because they're so thin). They add a great bit of frill when use. Don't be afraid to cut them in half. A easy way to unify a layout is to unevenly cut a doily in half (so that on "half" is bigger than the other) and attach part to the top and the other part to the bottom of the layout. It makes your eye travel across the layout and connect from a beginning to an end. Change their color by inking them. Misting them. Dabbing acrylic paint on them. I like to tuck a part of doily behind a photo, a journaling block, another layer of paper, and trace the part sticking out with Stickles. It really sparkles beautifully.

Now this sounds like a good idea to me! I am not overly frilly and lacy so that may change the look of it enough for me! Thanks!

I've been a subscriber to the Oh Deer Me kit since it started. I think the embellishments are very nice quality. I keep saying I'm going to cancel since I have SO MANY embellishments now. However, the June kit was so adorable I'm really happy I didn't stop.

I think that looks ok for $5. I think I did get more product in my bag last year, but I think they were more expensive as well.

Since I don't use paper clips or buttons that thick and I have circle punch things from both We R Memory Keepers and Martha Stewart, I'm glad I didn't purchase the one in my cart. I would have considered it a wasted $8.50.
It's all about your style!

I bought a few kits and received mine today as well. I'm pleased for the price I paid.
I have a ton of fancy paper clips now though and I have no idea what to do with them!

They are a cute extra to clip onto the corner of a photo or a journaling spot. I have a bunch of different shaped ones and am looking for ways to use them. Also like the regular clips with flags or ribbons attached on other people's projects. Want to get more on my own.
