I went to the vendor fair this morning - did not spend a lot of time or money, was kind of overwhelmed, as I haven't done much scrapping in a couple years.
I haven't been to GASC in about 4 years, the number and space for vendors is about 2/3 of what it was in the early years of the convention. Lots of kits, lots of thin metal dies with stamps to match, some loose paper. A wide variety of product, many vendors doing demos, some doing make and takes.
I would be interested to hear how the classes were, and how the crops were. Since the LSS I used to frequent closed, I am looking for some place to go and get away to scrap and wonder if this is worth going to next year.

No, the crop at the Arlington convention is not worth it, IMO. It costs $28 (?), but only goes from 7:30pm to midnight. Absolutely not worth $28. The Grapevine crop is much more worth it. It's $25-30, is all day, and they give away prizes in the evening. Much more worth the time and money.
