I am making this for the first time for our first day of school meeting day. We will have a working pitch-in lunch. There will be about 40 people, lots of food, and other other desserts.
So... Should I do a double recipe or single for this crowd? There has to be an easy way to mix this. Ideas?
thanks!

Personally, I would make a double batch because I'd want to keep half the batch at home.
If I was only taking it to the meeting I'd just make one batch.
My sister is the one who makes it in the family. She has a huge plastic bowl she mixes it in, it's probably over 1.5 feet wide and maybe 8 inches deep.

I would definitely double it and mix it up in an unscented garbage bag. New, of course.

We mix ours in giant ziploc baggies. It's a great job for the kid, but that's because she gets to eat it when it's done. :-)

Yup. During the holidays, when the fridge is really crowded and storage space in the kitchen is hard to find, we leave it in the baggie. Kids just grab handfuls or pour it into bowls. They don't care -- SUGAR!!!!!
