Video with really cute dies from Waffle Flower (who I think is really innovative in this biz - like if you hover over the picture of the die on their website, the pic changes to a project using the die).

I bought the Sizzix Big Kick machine a couple years ago for ~$50 at Hobby Lobby using a 50% off coupon. It is undoubtedly one of my best scrapbook-related purchases! Best wishes...

Ohhh, you're gonna have fun ellewood! At first, I thought the Tim Holtz alpha was a little pricey, but then I saw that you get multiples of the letters. So smart and it will make your die cutting so much easier. Imagine having to repeat all the letters in "bookkeeper!"

Looks like you'll have lots of fun with your new Big Shot! Here is a link to Tim Holtz July tag, which uses some similar lettering. I'm going to have to use my Silhouette instead, since I don't have any font dies. First world problem, for sure.

Looks like you have some fun stuff to play with. I also have the Tim Holtzalpha set. I was pleasantly surprised with what all came in the set. I purchased mine from Hobby Lobby. I separated the letters into blocks and put in those plastic jewelry bags, labeled with the letters in it. I thought that would make it easier to find what I was looking for.

I used a magnetic sheet from Staples and cut it to fit in the packaging for my Spellbinders alpha set. That way, I have the letters all in order and can find them when I need them. I think I will do this for the Tim Holtz script words dies. I find it really frustrating to find and separate out one of those words to use.

I put mine in bags because of some of the smaller pieces. When I took them out of the package one piece was outside of the storage package. Thank goodness it had the outer plastic to catch it. The baggies have 5 different letters in each except the last bag which contains the odd amount. Then a Baggie for the symbols and one for numbers.
