Picked up a Costco roasted chicken on Saturday. Pick the meat off for enchiladas on Sunday. Forgot about it until Thursday. Threw it in the freezer mostly because I was in a hurry and I missed the garbage truck.
So, Sat - Thiurs, cooked chicken in the fridge. Can I still use it? It didn't smell funky but it was a quick whiff.

I'd use it if you heat it up to really, really hot for a few minutes.

I have a compromised immune system but yes, as long as it looks and smells ok. It's been refrigerated so I'd eat it. Now if it looks or smells off then no (of course lol).

I wouldn't. IIRC, cooked chicken is good for 4-5 days. My DH says "when in doubt, throw it out".

I'd toss it. Three days is my limit...possibly four, but not five, frozen, and then defrosted again.

No, I wouldn't, but I tend to be overly cautious about food.

I don't think I could bring myself to eat that.

I'd eat it if it smelled ok but I wouldn't save any additional left overs with what you make from it.

I'd toss. Especially with that freeze-thaw situation. Too old now.

Not a chance hubby on the other hand eats stuff that is questionable quite often and quite often gets the shits lol.
When in doubt throw it out!

I would not risk my health for a five dollar chicken.

I would not risk my health for a five dollar chicken. That was my exact quote! DH said he would. I'm also feeding a family of steel guts (seriously low standards for food safety!! I rarely eat anything prepared at that house!) You know I'm going to be the one that ends up sick

I'm overly cautious about food so i'd toss it. My thought always is do I want to risk hanging over the toilet tonight? Answer to that is always no dd last week left her leftover enchilada in the car for a couple hours, then refrigeratored it....I tossed it, lol.
