When are the new fall and winter lines coming out? Will there be a smaller summer show so that we will see sneak peaks? What are you hoping to see or do you have any predictions on new trends?
Thanks!

I'm hoping to see something brilliant and new for Christmas lines. I'm tired of the same old same old.

I went looking for a site that might give us a heads up on all the new releases in one place, but couldn't find one. I follow the blogs of Creative Scrapbooker and Scrapbook & Cards Today magazines, and they often have previews of new lines & products. Scrapbook Update has lots of industry news, but nothing about new releases in their most recent blog posts. Guess the best way to find out what is in our future is to stalk our favorite manufacturers to see what is coming down the pike. I am happy to let them make the call. My seasonal stash of supplies is well stocked, but I am always ready to snap up something new.

The winter releases typically aren't announced until mid-July. As far as I know there isn't a full summer show anymore but they did do a paper arts thing last summer. Scrapbook Update is a good place to stalk for info, but it will probably be a few weeks yet before there is anything to report.

I'm hoping our resident industry blogger @journeyfan will post the latest and greatest on her blog. I'm not quite ready for fall and Christmas yet, though!

Yes, its too early for any real announcements regarding their summer releases. I know Bella Blvd. is just now sending their DT their boxes of new stuff, so I would expect it to be a couple more weeks for anyone has anything to really show.

Just noticed on Carta Bella that their new Fall and Halloween lines are coming out next month. The Fall line was designed by Steve Duncan, formerly of October Afternoon.

I'm hankering for some more formal Christmas stuff: rich cranberry and pine colors, antique gold accents...
I'm done with "alternative" Christmas colors (hot pink and lime green, or teal and red, etc.) - maybe it's because my kids are getting bigger, and there aren't so many toy pictures.
I do love frosty blues for the January/winter/snowman LO's

Yay, for Steve Duncan's Autumn line...I am getting all of that...so pretty! I love the scenic images...the girl on the bicycle paper is amazing...I ride my bicycle a lot so I especially need that piece. You can see his style remains the same as it was with OA...(thank goodness!) The Fall Forest paper looks so much like a piece from OA's Daily Flash Apple Cider! So, so happy he has a new home. SGIMMIE...GIMMIE that paper NOW! And the sticker sheet is even reminiscent of OA...so happy I could cry. ave

Thanks for sharing this! I see Mad4Plaid is in there. And that KC "Christmas Wishes" is not only gorgeous, it looks like it will tie in nicely with last year's "Silver Bells" line. Of course I have TONS of Christmas stuff, but I may NEED that line!

steals.com has Mad 4 Plaid for sale on their web site. I purchased two of the 6x6 paper pads yesterday. I probably should have purchased some of the 12x12 papers.
