Ugh, I'm fighting the food today. A lot of days I can resist most of it and push past the hunger by drinking extra water. Today though? I'm fighting today. I am having the same problem today. I just keep thinking I need to eat. I have had plenty of protein and water today but I keep wanting to eat. UGH!

I just keep thinking I need to eat. I have had plenty of protein and water today but I keep wanting to eat. UGH! I'm done eating for the day but not before I hit 1800 calories. I try to stay somewhere between 1200-1300 calories most days and it's not that hard. Today I feel like I reigned it in at 1800!! LOL

I'm having the opposite problem. I'm skipping meals! Here it is almost midnight and I'm debating if I should eat 'dinner.'
I didn't feel like going to the gym, but I ended up having a good workout.
300 abs
Bench press, max 105# Hammer decline press, max 100# Hammer incline press, max 70# Dumbbell incline presses, max 30's Dumbbell inclined flys, max 30's
Overhead extensions on Smith machine, max 40# Overhead dumbbell extension, max 35# Dumbbell tricep kickbacks, max 25#
30 minutes of cardio
