Sorry I don't have a recipe. I usually just use the spray and a stamp scrubber. The one from SU! or TH. They're pretty in expensive. Or baby wipes. But both the scrubber and baby wipes take a bit of time to dry before you can use the stamp again or put away.
That said a friend recently gave me the Lawn Fawn shammy and I'm in love with it. Just wet it with water and use. Dries quick.
I do still use the scrubber for the rare times i use pigment inks.

For regular dye ink I use an absorber (like the lawn fawn shammy but bigger-I cut mine down) and water and for pigment inks or harder to clean inks, I use ultra clean spray and a stamp scrubber.

Anyone have a favorite recipe that they want to share? I actually use a variety of ways to clean stamps. I use the Stampin' Scrub from SU! which cleans stamps very well. I also use the Lawn Fawn Stamp Shammy and baby wipes.

Fill a spray bottle with 1/3 of the way each with glycerin, water and cheap shampoo. Tip about cheap shampoo- over at SCS years ago a couple of the ladies were talking about cheap shampoo vs baby shampoo and which cleans stamps better. One of the girls said Tim Holtz uses cheap shampoo to clean his stamps. I use White Rain. Since I have gone to the cheap shampoo my stamps look new. The cheap shampoo really takes off stains that baby shampoo can't remove.
I use StazOn cleaner for cleaning stamps I used StazOn for. Another little tip that would make most stampers faint- I have used rubbing alcohol to clean rubber stamps (not clear) when I used StazOn. Since StazOn is the one stamp ink I don't use very often. Alcohol makes rubber brittle if used in the long term. If you don't have StazOn cleaner yet you can try this. I always gave my stamps a good coat of glycerin afterward. My stamps are fine.
Shammy's work miracles to clean stamps. When I only have one stamp out for a project I use my baby wipes and my homemade cleaner. Hope that helps.

StazOn Cleaner for StazOn inks. 1:4 dilute Simple Green in a re-purposed spray bottle for other inks. Cheap baby wipes for all around clean up.
