Perhaps the drops take longer to dry in humid climates.

I just got mine yesterday and tried them out this morning. I love them and know I'll be buying more. Will I stop buying enamel dots... knowing me... probably not! Will I buy more colours of the Nuvo drops... ABSOLUTELY!

If anyone is interested Joann's has paper crafting on sale right now so the Nuvo drops are 2.09/bottle plus an extra 20% off with a coupon. I ordered some more colors I didn't have, had to pay shipping but even with that they came out to 2.38/bottle.
