I bought a stamping up stamps storage wall unit yesterday at a garage sale for two dollars and I'm not really sure how I can use it. I just bought it because it was so cheap and in such good condition. It holds over 100 stamp pads, and I probably have 20-25 stamp pads. I am not sure what to do with the rest of the slots. I know a lot of people use them for PL cards, but I have a card catalog I use for them, which I rather like. if I switched my cards to the wall unit I'm not sure what I would then put in my card catalog, any suggestions for either option would be greatly appreciated. I posted a picture on my Instagram of it if you would like to see, I am jo.buttons over there if you would like to see.

Would the slots work for pens or watercolour pencils?
Small tools?
Glue or tape runner refills?

Can you move any of the dividers to make some of the slots bigger? Otherwise, any little embellishments? Or maybe you need to buy more stamp pads

I think you got a great deal and if it only has 20 stamp pads in it, that's OK. Something will turn up that you can add in there to fit just right!

Card bases if you do cards, index cards or plain white or grid PL cards? 4x6 photo paper? Anything that you don't need to shuffle through to pull one off the top. Sounds like a good find!

Ellewood, I love the idea Of photo paper, I think I will use some slots to store photos that are waiting to be scrapped, I always process A LOT of photos at once, so that will be perfect.
I can't wait to get it hung up this week!

Does it just fit SU pads? I have an SU ink pad holder from Stamp N Storage and 2 slots are Avery Elle pigment inks and a few Hero Arts shadow inks. They fit well in there. Of course, if those are the only ink pads you own, then suggesting other brands won't help, haha.
ATG refills? Coloring mediums (like copics or pencils) that you might not reach for often? Baggies with ephemera (many come in non reusable packaging, so once it's opened you have to put it somewhere)? Embossing folders? Finished cards? Swatches (can be more than for the inks...mists, pastes, watercolors, washi)? Catalogs (you can print photos of your stamp sets or something and keep indexes there)?

Or....you could buy some more ink.... That's exactly what I was thinking. DH just built me a stamp pad holder for 50 pads and hung it in my scraproom. I find I am adding to it often. Won't be empty for long. Save
