I've finally come to the conclusion that I like buying 12x12 best.
Last year I bought bunches of 6x6 pads, and now I still have five or six left. I've just recently used up 2 more of them. But I'm so tired of them not being big enough for what I have in mind.
I scrap mostly 8.5x11, but some 12x12 too.
They do have their uses, but I'm just so over them now.
I've also realized that I'd rather by my paper by the sheet than in pads anymore.
48 sheets is more than enough. How the heck did I ever think I could use 180 sheets of all the same coordinated paper?!

I prefer 12 x 12 single sheets, however, I do like a 6x6 pad if I really love a collection. Especially if it has cut-aparts because then you have cute mini cut aparts! My mian issue is 6x6s pads just aren't usually big enough for serious layering, and I am a layerer. I wish more companies still made 8x8 pads! Those were awesome.

I prefer paper to be 12x12 so I have more options for using it, but I find myself buying the 6x6 pads because the prints are smaller. Now to be honest, I almost never actually USE them though. I need to work on that!

I prefer 12x12 in general. I like the smaller prints that you get with the small pads but prefer 8x8 to 6x6.

I wish more companies still made 8x8 pads! Those were awesome. I loved 8x8 pads. I wonder why they stopped making them. My mian issue is 6x6s pads just aren't usually big enough for serious layering, and I am a layerer. It's funny, because I feel like I have to layer with 6x6 sheets. Or diecut them (like into circles to do overlapping layers). I also tend to have a torn edge on 6x6 sheets to layer with. And ink them.

I buy mostly 12 x 12. Like the others, I love OA's 8x8 pads.
I do buy 6x6 pads, usually only if I am buying a whole collection or if I find one at TM.

Always 12x12, and sometimes 8x8 pads. I like being able to cut down, and have leftovers from the 12x12, but like the smaller 8x8 patterns, as well, usually for cards.

12x12 even though I'm an 8.5x11 scrapper - I use the leftovers for cards and such. I don't think I've ever bought a 6x6 pad although I've ended up with random sheets (from a friend who passes along leftovers to me)

Mostly 12x12 because it gives more options. I do have some 8 1/2 x 11 and 6x6 paper for card making.

I usually buy 6x6, because I mostly make cards these days.

I prefer 12x12. Often times I want the paper to stretch across the layout if I'm doing a 12x12. I also scrap 8.5x11 and want the paper to be long enough to fit across the page. I have several 6x6 pads and I like the smaller designs but they're harder to use. I've only used one down to a couple of scraps. I still buy them if I get them for a great deal. I'm still OK with 12x12 paper pads, although not the very thin paper anymore. I hesitate less to cut into it since there's more than one of each design. They're great for a mini album with the same colors or theme throughout. They're more affordable and I'll have some left over for layouts. I've used probably 75% of a HS September Skies paper pad after making an 8x8 vacation album, 5 12x12 layouts of the same event, and a few 8.5x11 layouts and I feel pretty good about that. I still buy single 12x12 sheets but I'm more frugal with it. I wouldn't say I hoard it but I do hesitate to commit to cutting into it.

I just got rid of more than half of my 6x6" pads. (Most of them I had picked up at Tuesday Morning or TJ Maxx.) I want to like them, but for the most part, the patterns are just too small to satisfy me.

I am a card maker who prefers 12 x 12 if the pattern scale will work. I typically make 6 cards of a design at a time so I can use up a single 12 x 12 sheet with little to no waste. I wish the pattern scale of the 6 x 6 pads were made in a 12 x 12 size.

I only buy 12x12 single sheets. I don't care for the edges that are left on anything that comes in pad form or I end up tearing it when removing from the pad.

I prefer 12x12 for most things but I really like the scale of a lot of the prints on 6x6. I also really like the 6x6 size for PL spreads.

12 x 12, hands down. Although if the price is right, I'll buy the smaller pads for accents.

I prefer 12 by 12 because I scrap 8.5x11 and I use the extra to make a second page by paper piecing and I don't have 2 buy 2 sheets. I am all about cutting paper down and making it work.
I'm not much for smaller paper pads.

Like many here, I'm a 12x12 girl with 6x6 a close second. I appreciate the size differences in patterns and enjoy playing with both.

Add me to the 12x12 list. I do have a few 8x8 and other odd-size papers, but very rarely reach for them.

I often find that the scaled down pattern on 6x6 pads is too tiny for my liking so I haven't purchased one in a while. I don't scrap at 12x12, so I end up with tons of scraps from cutting down full sized PP, and I'm fine with that.

I prefer 12 x 12, especially for my scrapbooking. That being said, I can't resist the cute compact size of the 6 x 6. I don't really use them for scrapping but love them for cards. And, they are especiallly handy for crafting on the go. Throw a couple of 6 x 6 pads in my bag with a cutter, adhesive and a few other goodies and I can sit and make cards anywhere!

12x12 for me too. I have a few smaller paper pads but I hardly ever use those.

Another 12x12 fan here. I struggle with small paper stacks.

I prefer paper to be 12x12 so I have more options for using it, but I find myself buying the 6x6 pads because the prints are smaller. Now to be honest, I almost never actually USE them though. I need to work on that! This is my MO too! I do use some for cards or for overlapped layers on a 12 x12 page, but I don't think I have ever finished one of those little pads. Usually I buy 12x12 papers. I tend to buy single sheets (at least 2 of each in case I make mistakes in cutting &/or inking), or collection packs. Those packs have fewer sheets than the pads, and often include cutaparts and stickers. I often get extra elements too (ephemira, cb pieces, diecuts, brads, etc) if I like the collection.

I even bought that 6x6 pad scrapbooking class from Shimelle and I didn't even do that!

I prefer 12x12 hands down but I will occasionally buy 6x6. I am not a huge fan of how scaled down the prints are on the smaller pads and I find them harder to work with but I love that I can have all of the patterns in a line, it is often just too expensive or difficult to get all of the line.

12x12 single sheets. Not a fan of pads because I never are for the majority of the papers in them. I scrap 12x12 too.
