Hi I cleaned a mirror with Windex and paper towel and it is still cloudy. There was nothing wrong with the paper towel so now I guess my only option to use is vinegar and water. What proportions of water to vinegar do I need to use? I am open to other suggestions if someone has any.
Thanks!

I use vinegar and water on windows/mirrors and never get streaks. I can't remember how much vinegar I added, though. I googled and found this - lots of extra ingredients. Not that it's bad, but I don't think all that is necessary. www.overthrowmartha.com/2013/05/diy-windex-but-better.htmlLisa

I never measure but I do about 1 part vinegar to 3 parts water. Don't use paper towels! that could be the reason for the streaks. Use a soft cotton rag like an old towel.

I use Windex and coffee filters: streak free.

I use glass cleaner and newspaper, not paper towels.
