No, the only thing I've ever taken is Elevit (folate supplement) when I decided to try and conceive.
My diet is pretty crap and I am sure that I would be deficient in several things. I'd prefer to try and remedy those deficiencies (if I knew what they were) by improving my diet rather than by taking supplements.

I take a multi vitamin, fiber wells and a probiotic. Other than that I take prescription meds for my health problems.

I'm your age and just started taking Cholestoff, too. I take a multiple and Vitamin D.

I don't take anything. I try to get vitamins and minerals from my diet. I am not a supplement-believer, unless there is a medical reason to take a certain supplement.

I take the following: - multivitamin with iron for anemia - vitamin D for deficiency - calcium for bone health - biotin for hair loss
I never used to take any vitamins until my 40's when I started developing some health issues. I don't spend a lot on them, but feel like they help keep things in check (as seen in my lab results).

I take vitamins for my nails to grow strong and to sleep better at night. In the winter time I take Vitamin D since I'm lacking exposure to sun.

I also don't eat meat so I take B12, Vitamin D3 on the recommendation of my doctor (we live up north), and Vitamin C. I take melatonin as well
