We are having some friends over this weekend and plan to BBQ ribs.
So far, here is what I have planned:
Ribs Coleslaw Potato salad Corn bread/honey
Dessert - Still undecided but may pick up a Key Lime pie from Trader Joe's.
Would you you add anything else?
Any suggestions on dessert?

I'd add a veggie like corn on the cob or really anything that doesn't have mayo in it (assuming both your potato salad and coleslaw are made with mayo)

Rolls, maybe a fruit salad.
I'd do banana pudding for dessert with that menu.

Deviled eggs Baked beans Assorted raw vegis & ranch dip Fruit platter or watermelon I'm going to make this keylime cheesecake asap! We usually do s'mores and scotcheroos for dessert at our BBQ's.

Definitely a fruit salad. I am one who always passes on corn-on-the-cob when I'm eating out. Unless you supply floss.

Lots of great ideas here.
My first thought was a veggie tray. Sliced watermelon is good too. Keep it simple so you can enjoy the evening yourself.

My first thought was baked beans. Also, a veggie heavy pasta salad might be nice. You definitely need another veggie in there somewhere. For dessert, I'd do something cool and/or easy to handle; fruit skewers, brownies, cupcakes, that kind of thing.

I always appreciate a nice green salad.
If anyone is on a diet or trying to eat light they can fill up on that.
Watermelon sounds yummy

I would add baked beans and a veg tray. Grilled watermelon slices are delish.

Strawberry Shortcake is my summer go-to dessert. Just dice and sugar the strawberries in a bowl ahead of time and chill. Then let people put together their own dessert with shortcake biscuits, a bowl of whipped cream and strawberries.
