I got one too because of the RPeas. I need to stop lurking so much. This week alone I got the Korean Italy towels (used it this morning for the first time, and gotta say, my skin definitely feels smoother, even though I did it quickly), an Insta Pot (coming tomorrow), my Jackery is being delivered on Friday, plus a couple of extra things that fell in my cart along the way

Can someone enlighten me?
Are "Jackery" brand better than all the rest of the portable chargers? Kids have had them and they all came with cables and seem to work fine and were probably cheaper. DD's just gave out after quite a long time. Do "Jackery" last longer for charging and lifetime? Is the "Jackery" name causing the excitement or just that it is a handy thing, brand doesn't matter?
Thanks in advance to cluing me in.

Do you ever think Amazon knows about this board? They watch and know what to stock up on?

We have several chargers of this type. Not familiar with this particular brand, but I bought ours on amazon for 9.99, marked down from 40.

I use a portable battery pack all the time when traveling. Is there anything special about the Jackery brand, or is it similar to others? Here's the one I have - looks like it isn't as large of a charge, but it is quite a bit smaller so that is a good tradeoff for me. Anker Powercore+ Mini

PLurker and AN for me personally, I went looking because I saw everyone talking about it. And I found it got great reviews. I was actually looking for portable chargers for my kids' Christmas stockings last year but couldn't find one I felt would be good. When I saw the price and good reviews I grabbed them.

I really try not to let you all enable me, but I could not pass this one up. Not sure if I will save it for Christmas or give it to DS before he heads off to college.

Anker Powercore+ MiniI bought this one back in April for a trip DD and I were taking. It worked great for me. And I like the little mesh pouch it came in. It keeps all the cords and the charger in one place.

I got one for Christmas that didn't have a battery compartment. I have used it a whole lot and I really find it is a complete hassle. It has to be charged all the time. At the time it is charging I can charge my phone.
Everytime I needed it there wasn't enough charge to charge my phone. Then after about 6 months it wouldn't even fully charge anymore.
I think perhaps if it was battery operated it would be better but as for me, it was just one more thing to charge. The ones you are buying do have the batteries so maybe I will try that.

We have a lipstick sized Jackery charger and I really like it. It does a great job and charges quickly. I bought that brand because it got great reviews and I was able to get it cheap on a lightning deal. We like it so much, we need a couple more. I need one just for me and we need two for everyone else.

I use one of those whenever I travel and I'm out all day long. I charged it at night at the same time I charged my phone. I recently upgraded from the lipstick one to one with a larger charge. I believe the more you pay for it, the larger charge it has.
