Way back in the day, I coveted the Quickutz Magpie Nesting Storage system.I never bought it because I couldn't justify the price when I had something like 3 single dies at the time. I never did buy alphabets from QK, so I guess it's good that I didn't buy it after all. What did you covet and miss?

I did buy the magpie storage system. I really like it, but I probably should get rid of it since I have a silhouette now. In fact I should sell my remaining QK alphas and shapes.

What did you covet and miss? I killed my Sizzix sidekick machine trying to make a "sandwich". There's a store in my town that has OLD SB stuff like Making Memories! They have the Ellison tag a long machine that is identical, and I think I'm going to get it tomorrow. It's been clearanced for a long time. With my luck it will be gone. I have a BAD tendency of overthinking my purchases. Would I use the entire collection? Do I go camping enough to buy that paper? Are those embellishments too much? Is that the right color scheme? I'm trying to get over it, because then I have regrets! ETA: The Cosmo Cricket camping line. I should have bought everything!

I still like to use my Quickutz alphabets I have them stored in zipper binders, in photo slide sleeves. They're perfectly sized for many things I do I loved and hoarded Making Memories rub on alphabets. I still have several packs that haven't been opened yet even. They were and still are my favorite!

I just went through all of my paper, I think I have every sheet Cosmo Cricket produced. Love that Mr Campy line so much though. The little chocolate and marshmallow chipboard!

Do your rub ons still work? I had several Basic Grey packs I had to toss because they wouldn't transfer. It makes me laugh to see the rub ons coming out with new lines. What goes around always comes back.

The starburst circle punch that Shimelle uses. I think it was a Fiskars one? Martha Stewart has one, but it isn't the same.

I love my Quickutz alphabets. I wish more the same style were made. I would keep buying them. That's all that's left that I really miss.

A couple of things I've noticed lately that I think were released before I got back into scrapping are Teresa Collins Nine & Co and a collection by Echo Park and I think it was called Simple Life. I'd love to get both of those if I possibly could. So I guess I didn't covet them. I just totally missed out on them.

So so many things! I'm terrible when it comes to jumping on something when it's there and then wanting it once I cant get it anymore. There was a snowman / Christmas line designed by Zoe Pearn for My Mind's Eye that I didn't discover until it was a paper pad at Hobby Lobby or somewhere, and by then I couldn't find any of the other coordinating stuff that went with it. I used almost every sheet of that paper in 12x12 and bought two or three of the tiny 6x6 matching paper pads when they came out later. I'm hoarding those!

I stopped scrapping in 2007 and came back to it in 2015. I missed ALL the basic grey lines in that time and would have wanted every single one! I hoarded BG, would never use it so in a way I'm glad I missed out.

The oldest one I remember is the Hambly Screen Prints everyone was using around 2007, I think. I managed to get just a couple of sheets and used every inch! Always wanted more but just couldn't get my hands on it.
I took a break from shopping around 2010-2013 when my LSS's all starting closing and before I really succumbed to on-line ordering beyond kit clubs. There's a few lines from that time I wish I had, especially October Afternoon and Little Yellow Bicycle. I remember seeing and loving some of the LYB papers and always thinking I'd get them someday but never did.

Thank you so much for your offer, but I was able to grab a lot between the warehouse box and my follow-up order to Starlit Studio! I'll let you know if I remember anything I couldn't get a hold of. So nice of you to offer! The Refupeas are the best!

Heidi Swapp's Jet Black Center of Attention Chipboard Letters. I have been using them for a bazillion years and am finally getting low--used the last few S's and e's this week. Heart-broken.

The Making Memories Embellishment Center. After I finally decided I wanted one, Michael's was carrying their own brand, and the shelves were just a little bit different. I did not want that one. An LSS that I visited occasionally had a NIP one for the longest time at a retail price of $109. I saw it there for years. Finally when I decided I would make them a discounted cash offer (because all they could say was no) The store was closed!!!!

The starburst circle punch that Shimelle uses. I think it was a Fiskars one? Martha Stewart has one, but it isn't the same. Do you mean the pinked circle one she uses? If so, Tim Holtz/Sizzix has made a new punch it is called Large Seal Punch. It is NOT large at all it is 1 1/8 inches in diameter, and I think it is basically the same size as the one Shimelle uses. I FINALLY broke down and bought one, and OMG I am glad I did. it is perfect! You can get it at scrapbook.com... Seal PunchSave
