a while. they are opening up my wrist, cleaning out all th brokn bone, fitting the pieces they can back together and putting in some plates to hold it all together. then i have OT 2 x a week for 4-6 months.
hopefully i will be off the narcotics by the end of the week and back on line then.

I hope everything goes well and you heal quickly hopefully i will be off the narcotics by the end of the week and back on line then. I think it might be entertaining if you came while are the narcotics. |

Hope it goes well for you.
I realize no two patients are the same, and no two surgeries, and I'm talking about a different part of the body, but when I had my gall bladder removed, the THIRD day was the worst. (I had it out on a Friday morning and was home that afternoon, but Sunday was awful.)
Anyhow, my point is, don't get too freaked out if you feel pretty okay right away, then worse in a day or two. It didn't surprise any medical personnel, but NO ONE WARNED ME.
