Happy Sunday and rest of the week Planneristas! Did you plan this weekend or are you planning to plan?
I got my Erin Condren sized inserts from Etsy. She used very expensive paper to print these on. I am most impressed! I love them all. I love the smoothness of the paper. It is quite amazing. She beautifully cut and punched all the sheets. They were all perfect, too. Most impressed. I just put them into my rose gold Kikki K. They look great in there. I will start with August 1 being my first month seeing how we are almost at the end of July.
Well Kikki K has released two new planners. There is the new purply/pink one and a soft sage one. I would say the odds of me getting both of them just went up substantially. I have seen more photos of them and love both of them equally. Will have to think about this.
I have to move out of my Michaels pink planner which is not a big deal. I am not in love with the small size of the inserts and i can barely get 5 lines written and I am out of room. It may be small but it was sure convenient. As you can see I am conflicted. But I want to move out of it. It is just too small for my useless left hand any more. (yes you can do things to screw up your hand and writing!)
Today my BFF and I went to Michaels as I had a 50% off coupon and was able to get a great trimmer so I can cut paper finally. Usually Fiskars stuff is on sale at 25% off when there is a good coupon but not this week. Yay! I was so happy to get the trimmer.
Well I won't talk about getting stickers this weekend because I chose not to get any. Instead I got the paper trimmer.
What are you doing or working on?

I got my other new inserts I ordered. These ones are so cool. I got a restaurant tracker as we go out for lunch all the time (my friends and I) and that's probably why I am not losing weight very quickly. It's fun though.
I got another set from the same shop that are online purchase trackers. They are cool, too! I like how she has done them very much.
I am ordering horizontal week on 2 pages starting September 2016-December 2017. Then I should be good for a while.

Never in a million years did I think I'd be a typical planner girl and have more than one planner. LOL!! Earlier this week I ordered the pocket size Filofax Malden making it my third planner...YIKES! I'm attending my first planner meet up on Saturday. My plan is to set up the pocket size planner. I purchased Christy Tomlinson's pocket size inserts from Etsy and I'm thinking of using Project Life 4x6 cards as dividers. Not sure it that size will work. Need to see planner first.

Delta Dawn I also have planner conflict. I love my personal size Filofax original, but I feel like it's too small to do everything I want to do. On the other hand, I love my A5 Carpe Diem, but it's just too darned big to carry around with me. I don't want to duplicate everything in both planners. Currently, each has its own purpose. However, I find myself needing the info in the A5 when I only have the personal with me. Oh the struggle of a true first world problem.

I subscribed to the Cocoa Daisy TN planner subscription - begins in September. Can't wait to hear how you use yours! I love mine but am still figuring out how to get the most out of it. September's design looks really cool. Which reminds me - I need to get my August one set up.

I set up my layout for next week on my EC inserts. I embellished the page upside down. Yes you can be that dumb. It will rectify itself by the following week. I may glue two pages together so it doesn't look weird. Anyway it looks pretty.

I got my inserts printed at work because it was going to be cheaper to print them there than at home. They turned out beautifully. They are designed by someone I found in a planner group and she sends me the PDF and I get them printed. They have orchids and greenery all over them. I printed them on 32lb paper (or 100 gms?) paper. It's really beautiful paper. It feels like butter on your fingers. There is no resistance and it is a treat to write on it. I got enough for a year made and I will get more made when I am bored. My designer is making me some other orchid paper right now, too so I am quite excited. I have hydrangea paper from her, as well.
My designer is also making me some scrapbook supply tracking inserts. We are working on it right now. I gave her my parameters and she is running with it. I am <----> excited about it. I want to inventory my craft supplies not just scrapbooking, but my planning and stamping stuff. Can't wait to share what it looks like when it is done!
Today is What's New Wednesday so I might get something small. July was a write off. August will hopefully be better! I am pretty psyched!
Keep planning, Peas! This is our hobby! Share with us what you are using!
