So are ye all looking forward to the upcoming games...........it's accepted that you will be excited about the USA game but are there any other games you are keen to watch?
Today's games should be interesting - all South American teams and the extra edge that Uruguay (so many u's) that will be trying to prove a point after Suarez's ban.

I'm a new fan of World Cup soccer so I'm mostly interested when the US plays. I have been watching the news and reading about some of the other teams, though. And I was very happy to see that Suarez had been banned for four months. I was disgusted to hear that he had done it twice before and had done it again. I hope it stops him but I kinda doubt it.

I live in a large multicultural centre but we don't really have a cohesive American community so the US match isn't even on my radar.
I live in Greektown, so I'm expecting Sunday's match to close the streets.

England fan here, disappointed but not surprised.
Don't get me started on Suarez. He should be banned for life. Anyone else did that at work they would get fired immediately, not banned for a couple of months on full pay and a fine the equivalent of about one quarter of a weekly salary.
I have two teams in the draw at work - Algeria and Mexico - so that's who I am cheering on for now - though realistically I think either Brazil, Chile or Germany will win.
