I am kind of fan girlish over a couple actors and am in some groups dedicated to them. In one group a poster mentioned she was having a Shutterfly-type album made with photos of the actor. Aside from the wtf? factor (some people make seriously me question if I want to be associated with online groups), I did post to express surprise that she is able to do that, since those photos are obviously not hers. She said she was able to do it as long as she had the photos in her phone. Because it isn't like anyone can save a photo they didn't take or anything.
I didnt want want to cause drama in the group but I *really* wanted to school her on the rules related to the use of other people's work. I was shocked that the photo place was willing to print the book, though it sounds like she hasn't gotten it yet so I suppose they could still catch it and tell her no. I know that there are people here who would understand why this bothers me on principle. So I am venting here instead of "causing trouble".
part of me though is still thinking if I could come up with a polite way to say it I could just send her a private message lol.

I understand why it bothers you.
But I have to say I have never been challenged when printing a photograph, either in person or through an online service.

You could always say something like "oh wow, how did you get releases from all of the different photographers?" She's either going to realize it's wrong or not. Or not care.
Or you could just move on and accept the fact that you don't have to fight all the fights.

In all honestly I probably won't say anything more than I have but I don't have to like it!

I, too, can understand why it would bother you and I can see where you are coming from. However, at the same time, what would be the difference in printing those photos or cutting them out of magazines and adhering them into a scrapbook? Now if she is selling them and not only using the books for personal use, or if she is claiming she took the photos, then that would of course be a major issue.
I have, but I only tried once. I tried to order a phone cover, with a picture of a celebrity from an online photo service once and they said the image was copywrited and I couldn't order it. I understood and accepted that.

honestly, as a photographer, I'm less geeked up about someone trying to print celeb photos than personal photos. I shouldn't be, but I am. It's almost expected that you share celebrity photos. Although I'll be surprised if the album makes it to her honestly.
I'm more concerned about people taking photos from facebook and cutting out watermarks and reprinting. Me or any photographer. That's money right out of their pocket.
I've been stopped a lot when getting photos at places like walgreens or Walmart but never online. I had to laugh (actually I was kind of annoyed). I print reference photos for me to paint from just at walgreens. when I take reference photos they are not that great of "photograph" that you'd want to hang on your wall. There's posterboard and notebooks laying around, stuff like that. I'll use an ott lamp or something to get some directional light. About a month ago I sent one off to walgreens to get a print and when I picked it up they made me sign ANOTHER release. It was a crappy photo and the only thing that looked professional about it was directional light. I almost laughed in their faces. Like, is the standard of what looks like "pro" photos so low now that any old crap gets questioned?

My son had some of his photos on Flickr lifted/stolen from his page. He emailed the perp and requested the photos be taken down. Perp would not do it,so Flickr was contacted and the person booted from Flickr.
My son has sold a few of his photos. An start up band in Canada asked for and received permission to use one of his photos as an album cover. My son does not consider himself a professional photographer, but does consider his photos his property and does not want them stolen. I don't think he posts to Flickr anymore.

As long as they're not selling it and it's just for personal use, this wouldn't bother me at all. Don't do the PM, just let it go.
