I know, I know. It is probably horrible for me. It is my one vice. I drink one Spark each morning. I don't drink soda or coffee, so this is the one thing I drink to get me going.
However, I hate how expensive it is. Does anyone know of an alternative that is more readily available and less expensive?

Can you tell me more about what it is, and what you're looking for from a drink? Are you looking for meal replacement or caffeine? Or both?

Hm. I'm not into those kinds of drinks. I'd switch to a green tea (I like STEAZ, which you can get at Whole Foods and comes in a lot of flavors) and a multivitamin. If you can't tolerate the horse pills, they have gummies for adults now.  EHHHH. Edited. That said "dummies" and should have said "gummies." SaveSave |

I would try looking at various pre-workout formulations and see what's close. Spark is just caffeine and vitamins in a flavored drink, right? Costco has a C4 pre-workout in fruit punch that is also caffeine and vitamins. I don't know if it does that much good but it's tasty and I don't mind the little boost for sure.

Spark has a massive amount of caffeine, more than a Red Bull. So about anything you switch to is going to put you into caffeine withdrawal (headaches!)
My kids like Crystal Light Energy. It has a lot less caffeine than the Spark though. 60 mg for the Crystal Light, vs 120 for the Spark.
You can get a box of Crystal Light Energy -10 packets - for about $2.50. They like the strawberry. You just add it to a bottle of water.

Oh girl, I drink a spark every morning also. I am not a morning person and I only get about 5 hours of sleep so I need something. I've tried tea, water, these fizzy things that Arbonne sells, but nothing does it. We eat a pretty clean diet but it's my one exception. I even have a category for it in my budget! My friend sells it and she gives me her discount so that helps!
I will be watching this thread for ideas!

I drink hot tea, currently Irish Breakfast Tea. I don't like the chemical taste of Spark.
