I thought ours was done for. My LSS sent out a sale flyer, everything must go etc. Store closing... oh no! They are one of the few that still have crops. So sad. Then, the good news.... just moving to a new site/building. Phew!

Phew good news! I've had 2 close up their physical stores and just go online. Such a pain when you only haveca couple of things to get!

Glad your LSS store is only moving! I just got an email from a scrapbook store that is about an hour away from me and sadly, they are closing in the next few weeks.

It is called Memories for the Making and is located in Brainerd, MN. Their store closing sale only goes until about August 16th. I'm sure there are details on the website, but if you need more information, just let me know.

Besides wanting to see, feel, touch, who wants to pay shipping for a few things. Then you may end up buying more if it leads to free shipping or just to make the order and S/H worthwhile. Vicious circle. Buy a $2 item and pay $5.95 shipping, I think not. Then add stuff to make it worth the order... either way, too much $$$$$$$ spent. |

We're down to a handful here in my area. The problem is that they're so far away...at least 45 minutes drive (and mostly in traffic) in any direction. I miss having the variety and different "personality" of each store. SB Expo will be in Santa Clara this weekend so I'll get my retail therapy taken care of!!  |
