The one I'm using doesn't seem to be helping. It's such a huge bottle that I can't remember what I had last. Wondering what others have had luck with. |

I bought Biosil once when it was on sale at Whole Foods. But now I've been using for awhile Solgar Oceanic Silica from red algae and found that my brittle nails are much stronger.
