Update :
Took 33 mins. She of course in her mind was innocent of all wrong doing and was not open to any suggestions about how to communicate in the future.
Per her I am a pain and rude and overbearing. She cried and threatened to leave.
I remained calm and suggested ways to move forward. She sat there stone faced staring at me.
I recognized and apologized for my part but made it clear I was not responsible for her part. My apology was offered in the spirit of moving forward and learning ways to better communicate. No response.
Manager will now just have to micro manage us going forward which it disappointing to me.
Afterward I asked for an evaluation of my actions in the meeting and it was favorable.
But the more I process the madder I am getting.
Gotta keep my cool. She could have at least said sorry for calling me a fucking bitch. I think they should have made her.
More later as I process. I gotta get my work done. Ugh.😈
Update: she got mad at me last Tuesday and wanted to fight. I kept my cool while she yelled a lot and stormed out calling me a fucking bitch. Lol!
Someone told on her.
Meeting notice about work environment went out Wednesday. I accepted right away. She has not responded. Manager and HR and the 2 of us invited. Meeting is tomorrow at 10.
Should be interesting. For a Monday morning.
She was furious and totally out of control. I asked her an hour after the blow up if she would like to work through it. And I asked her twice more over the next days. She angrily said NO! Shrug.

I knew we were getting a ton of work this morning. I usually come at 5 to get it done so the others can do their part.
Well today I arrived at 4 and it's all done.
It's not even her regular task. She is filling in for the person who does it.
Good news: the work is done and I can do my other stuff.
Bad news: she stayed really late last night to get overtime which was not necessary and effects our bottom line at the end of the year. No need for OT because it's my job and I would have completed it without overtime.
Also, all week long she's been crabby and bitchy cuz she is swamped with her own work.
And worst of all she is a huge martyr and never takes her PTO time and ends up using it all in December before she loses it.Which then leaves us all covering for her in December.
Yes the manager knows all this about her but she won't change.
Oh well. First world problems.
