I believe there are some reviews on You Tube. The ones I saw did show results, but they were all pretty thin to begin with. I need to look up more reviews from people like me who are a little more fluffy. I have been thinking about doing it, too. I have a FB friend who is a BB coach and she did it with good results, too. She is thin as well.

You can probably find more info online, but my understanding is that there are different workout DVD's to use and there is a also an eating plan. They give you color coded containers and each day you eat what you can fill in each respective container (I think fruits, veggies, protein, fat? Something like that.)

A friend of my did it recently and posted her results on FB. She said she lost one dress size (down to size 8) and has more energy.
I'm hesitant, personally, because I'm pretty sure wine won't be on the approved list

Actually, I'm pretty sure I read that you're allowed to have wine in place of one of your carb (maybe, can't remember exactly) servings, up to three times a week.
