Our local craft chain just opened a store on my side of town. Seriously less than a mile from my house (danger, danger) and the ONLY non M's or J's scrap store we've had on this side since about 2004. I did not buy a fall line they had (it was either Photoplay or Echo park) because they only sell the 6 by 6 pad. I might have to go back but then I might spend another $30, so I'm trying not to!
I also wish I had bought more Basic Grey when they went out of business. I bought some but should have gotten more.

I'll check because I need a reason to go to the town my HL is in anyways, but my HL doesn't have much hip stuff, mostly their house brand.

I should have purchased Adrift and Aurora. There are very few lines that I love that I don't get some sheets from.

Two other Basic Grey lines I love are Saturday Afternoon and 2nd City - both of which I want now. I also regret not getting October Afternoon's pirate line.

That black and white striped leather planner from Heidi Swapp... I still scour e-bay for anyone selling one. Not that I need one of course

Our HL usually sucks but they got in a ton of new stuff.

I also wish I had bought more Basic Grey when they went out of business. I bought some but should have gotten more. I was at a Scrapbook Expo this spring and the Basic Grey company had a booth there. all of their old collections packs were being sold for around $5 each and the embellishment packs were 3/$5. it was a great time to stock up on the oldies but goodies.

I was at CKC in Lancaster a few weeks ago. Echo Park had kits/packs for $4 each if you bought 10 of them. I bought exactly $10. What was I thinking? Their little card packs - $1 each. I should have bought doubles of each one.
Adorn It had paper with coordinating sticker sheet for $1 each if you spent $20. I bought 20 - should have bought 40, because the next day they pulled the stickers from the paper pack so whatever I didn't get the day before - too late.
Many more I'm sure but those pop to my mind.

Not a permanent regret because I bought it a few months ago but I delayed buying the Cameo - wish I'd got it years ago!

Lots of things, lots of times. I only have a chance to go to a real scrapbook store a couple times a year. I tend to be pretty thrifty so I will pick things up in the store, walk around a bit and put it back. Then a few weeks later, I'll think of a perfect project I could have used that thing on--IF I would have actually bought it. But I didn't. Now if I decide I really do want it, I probably will have to pay shipping too making it even MORE expensive than if I would have just bought it when I had it in my hand. Sigh.

I've posted this before but here I go again....
When Lisa Bearnson used to be on the QVC shows with David Venable, that woman could sell snow to an eskimo and I ended up buying a few kits that weren't really my style because she had made them look so appealing.
Anyway, one night they had a "Bitty Gone Big" paper kit of ProvoCraft patterned papers, it was the cute patterns from the Bitty pads on 12x12 sheets. But I already felt guilty for buying the other stuff I didn't use so I didn't order it. Years later and I have hoarded some of those bitty pads and every time I look at them I kick myself that I didn't buy the 12x12 paper kit.

I went and they didn't hav the 12x12, but they did have the 6x6 and alphas and ephemera packs so I scooped those up! Good enough for me! They were putting new stuff out and I may have hovered for an hour waiting to see if it was in the shipment.

I got that ephemera pack from Scraptastic when I picked up some of their sale kits without looking too closely so imagine my shock and surprise when it showed up, lol. The ONLY reason I wanted that pack was for the beautiful yellow HELLO acetate. It gives me all the heart eyes.

Are you talking about the 12x12 pattern papers? Those are all still available in France. They were even reduced during the summer sales but didn't manage to sell out. Need an excuse for a Euro trip?

What does it say about me that I would rather regret buying something than regret not buying something? The latter is agonizing. If I miss out, I obsess and scour the interwebz for a place to buy it.

I'm the same way. Like fomo to the Nth degree. And if I can't find it I try to find a suitable replacement. I think I have a shopping addiction!

Bills are paid and no one has gone hungry...so as long as it doesn't hurt anyone...lol.
