Stampin' Up! Holiday Catalog 2016: What Date for 1st Order?

Can anyone please tell me when Stampin' Up will begin taking orders from the SU Holiday 2016 mini catalog?
I haven't been able to find a date for when I can place an order from the Holiday catalog. My search skills are clearly sadly lacking. LOL.
I know that I will be placing an order from the mini catalog. However, I'm also seriously considering the "Thoughtful Branches" bundle, but the last order date for that is August 31, 2016. I'd like to know if I can combine this order with my Holiday order.
Has any one placed an order yet or know when the ordering starts?
