My granddaughter picked me up and we went to the Mexican restaurant she works at. I had a shredded beef and cheese burrito combo. It came with cilantro/lime rise and refried beans(which my great grandson ate) plus lots of chips, ranch and salsa. I brought the same thing home for my husband.
BTW: my great grandson was so naughty! The first time he has ever acted like this, he's almost 14 months old. He didn't want to be fed, took his shoes and socks off, tried to stand up in the highchair and was just a little pain! Luckily they weren't very busy so he didn't bother anyone but us!

We are having -alkalized water -Activated almonds on organic kale with chia seed handcrafted balsamic vinegar sprinkled with rare cave cured crispy prosciutto -carob, goji and coconut compote with fresh ginger All my littles and bigs love it! Except for my 57 month old who is still exclusively breastfeeding, of course. Don't the alkalized water and balsamic vinegar neutralize each other? I try to alternate alkaline and acid days . I grilled pork center loin chops, corn on the cob, onions & asparagus and served them with a huge cauliflower salad.

lucyg ...what kind of pasta thing? I am looking for things that are small, individual portions that I can freeze... Well, it started out with a recipe posted by scrappysurfer a couple of days ago that sounded really good. But my system can't handle that kind of heavy white sauce, so I went looking for something with a lighter sauce. This is what I found: garlic parmesan chicken and noodles
I added so much stuff (mushrooms, green onions, mozzarella) that it filled six little baking dishes instead of four. I added some seasonings, too. It was delicious (according to me, not the 7yo) and I have a couple of leftover dishes to freeze. Since I made them early in the day and refrigerated (wasn't putting them in the oven hot already) I baked them at 400 for about 20 minutes and they came out perfect.
