I'm sure this question has been asked and answered many times over, but I wasn't able to find an answer for my question using the search function.
I have several photos that are smaller than 4x6 (cropped squares, instagram size, etc.) and am not sure where to order prints from. I see a lot of layouts with smaller photos and the photo quality always seems great.
If you use smaller photos, where do you order them from? Or do you print them yourself? If you print at home, what printer do you use?
Thanks!

I print some at home (well, at work), but I am going to buy the Epson PictureMate 400 to print some at home. If I am ordering a bunch, I order them from Snapfish. They have lots of deals where you can get pictures for a penny each. However, I do print my pictures smaller now, than 4x6. I still get them printed at Snapfish, I just change their size before that. I use this free download link to put the pictures in whatever size I want. For example, I will put 2 pictures on a 4x6, to get 2 that are 3"x4". I have to cut them apart, but I am okay with that since I'm saving so much on the printing.

I out smaller photos on to a 4x6 and print them at costco (or where ever). I use PSE or Picassa (no longer available) to put smaller photos or collages on a 4x6 (or any standard size).

picmonkey.com is also a great place to make collage prints and is fairly easy to use. I just got a 12X12 print of 16 square photos printed at Costco.

I use the project life app to put multiple pictures on a 4x6. I mostly do two 3x4's on a 4x6, but there are more options. You can put 6-2x2's, 4-2/3's, a 4x4 with 2-2/2's. Then I send them to Costco, Snapfish or Shutterfly. I also edit them, crop, etc while I'm putting multiple pictures on a 4x6 or even a 5x7 if I find a deal.

Walmart recently started offering a number of new options, like 4x4. I collage 2 photos together to make both on a 4x6

Sometimes printing your 4x4 on a 4x6 is cheaper than doing them to size. If you can hit a good 12 x 12 sale, that's sometimes a better route than doing individual square prints. If they're all set up in a grid, cutting them apart isn't a big deal either.

I highly recommend Photosheet. I loved that program ... but I've had a Mac for years now and it's not compatible. I'm trying to create some 4x6 images with smaller pics on my Mac and am having some troubles. Do any of you use a Mac, and what software do you use? It seems that everything is set up for mobile these days. I have many digital images from my camera, and I want to print them in smaller sizes. Any suggestions??

I use Pic Monkey too. They have a setting so you can make a "collage" using just one photo if you like, and I use it for all my odd size photos. You can decide on the proportions and sizes. Then just save your file and print it with the rest of your order wherever you usually go. I do my two 3x4s on a 4x6 on Pic Monkey too. It's pretty good, and it's free.
