Don't charge your iPhone under your pillow! There have been several reports of people being electrocuted charging their iPhones under their pillow. I think these were in China with fake iPhones, but I wouldn't risk it. |

I'm on my second Kindle Fire with the same problem again. It's out of warranty so it just sits, lonely. I think I'll watch that Youtube video!

I agree with the suggestions to contact Amazon. They have amazing customer service.  Good luck. As others have said, I'd be lost without my Kindle. |
