If you have it , do you love it or hate it or something in between ?
It's quite expensive and I'm not sure it's much better than what I'm using but I like the idea of not using chemical .

I love it but I am also about less chemicals in my house. Swiffers have chemicals in them so I stopped using them. I also like that I can keep using the same pads. I really like the mop with using only water. It does not take a lot of effort to get the spots up. My kitchen has vinyl tiles that "require" specific cleaner so I can use the Norwex with only water to clean and not their specific product. There is another company that I was just introduced to a few weeks ago, H2O at home, if you want to compare.
