We make the foil potatoes too but also add any of the following: Lipton Onion soup mix, cheddar cheese, powdered ranch dressing mix.
We use our pie irons a lot and make grilled cheese, pizzas, ham and cheese. We make breakfast in them too sometimes, precook some sausage and scrambled eggs, then cook them between 2 slices of bread like the other sandwiches.
We also make foil dinners, cut up steak meat, potatoes, carrots, green pepper, onions, pineapple, mushrooms. We marinade the meat first. Put however much of each one you want on a large piece of heavy duty foil *sprayed with Pam* first. Wrap tightly and cook on grill about 40 minutes.

We use pie irons a lot too. My very favorite thing to make is pie iron tacos with tortillas. The tortillas crisp up so we'll in a pie iron. Yum!
