I made this for a work potluck, and they came together so quickly. I eyeball my spices, so I didn't add any specific measurements.
Ingredients
1 lb ground beef small head of cabbage (used most of it) 1 tin of tomato sauce 1 tin diced tomatoes drained(or not drained I just wasnt sure about the amount of extra liquid) 2 cups beef broth 3/4 cup rice small onion diced garlic minced splash worchestershire sauce oregano marjoram salt and pepper
Steps
brown the beef add onions and garlic continue to saute add remaining ingredients set to manual hp for 10 minutes and natural release for 10
