Good morning gals ! after much consideration I have decided it's time to sell all of my cardmaking supplies. I honestly don't have anyone that I can send cards to and on the few occasions I do need one, I just am not finding it feasible to sit down and make it. that being said, I am wondering what is the best way to sell what I have. I can use any thoughts, ideas or suggestions on ways to bundle things together...stamp pads for example, should i sell in singles or put them in multiples? wood stamps... Papertrey cardstocks and stamps sets, folded cards, clear envelopes, distressing inks...etc... I am overwhelmed with what I have and the time has come that I have to do something with it. thanks for your time and thoughts, have a great day, Mary

I make cards because I enjoy it... Not because I need a card. Periodically I sell them for a cause, donating the money.
But if you aren't making them for the fun of it, you probably should sell it. I would recommend bundling... Inks by brand, paper, etc. but I would probably do stamp sets individually, or at least by theme. Are there ever any crafting garage sales around you? There are are also Facebook groups for selling supplies. Good luck, and sorry you didn't enjoy it more.

I am not much help with garage sales--either IRL or on line. But I was wondering about bundling the supplies into themed packages you can sell for $10 to $20 each at a fall craft sale? Lots of people buy up kits for themselves or as Christmas gifts, and seem willing to pay more than they might at a garage sale. Also, no haggling about price. And if it a busy weekend, you may sell a lot of stuff and not have to pack up much at the end of it.
If you could include a sample card with similar supplies in each package that would be a bonus for some, I think.

I have tried in the past to sell stamps and dies on a local facebook group that sells everything and couldn't give them away! Most people don't care about brands, just if they will actually use the items. It might help to post a few pictures of cards you have made with your supplies for occasions like birthdays, thank you, and Christmas. I did have luck selling paper in lots.
I would try to find a group that is specifically for crafts. You might have better luck that way.

I have sold PTI stamps on the For Sale board on the PTI website in the past, but it depends on the set as to interest etc. You can see if anyone is posting ISO for the sets you have. Also would be worth checking out EBay foristing more valuable items.
For cheaper kinds of things or brands that don't have such a big following I'd probably list in multiples or groups - or maybe put together a card making kits with a few stamps, inks and cards etc?

I've had some luck selling online in FB groups. I like that is is passive and I can just upload items to sell at my leisure. Then it just sits there until it sells. Keep in mind that unless it is a "hot" item, it won't sell unless it is priced 10-50% of the retail price. With Michaels and JoAnn offering coupons every week, no one wants to pay full price for anything.
If you have lots to get rid of, then bundling in small groups by theme or color is probably easier. You really don't want to deal with 50 cent items...

Paper tray stamps sell well on eBay.
Otherwise just donate it and take the tax receipt for a charitable donation (assuming you are in the US).
