This is my first de-lurking post on the new board -- yay!
I know the peas are always full of wisdom so I have a question for techy peas. I would like to help my daughter create a simple website for posting about her hobby. It's not something that will be viewed by the public, but she does have a friend who will be a contributor to the content. Any suggestions for a free and user friendly base that we could use to build upon?
Thanks!

weebly.com and wix.com both have really easy builder platforms. I'm not sure about paid vs. non-paid but it's worth checking into.

Are you sure she wants to go with a website over a blog? I think of blogs as evolving and websites as being more static. If she what's a blog, blogger is free and very user friendly.

Thank you! For now we are going with wix and she is having so much fun "designing" it all. They have blog options through wix, too, so I think we can get the best of both worlds.
