Since we're good about ranting and venting when companies do a poor job, I thought it would be good to do a rave when they do a great job (lest it be said the Peas are a bunch of downers ) I never ordered from Paper Issues before about a month ago. Before that it was just SSS, ACOT and Scrapbook.com - all of whom have done a great job for me. But now I've ordered from Paper Issues a few times and I LOVE LOVE LOVE their speed, service, prices, correct orders, little extra packing attention and generally the vibe I've gotten from them and their site. They're not as big as ACOT or Scrapbook.com, but they're my new go-to place to check first. Who do you want to rave about?

I love supporting small businesses. Especially when they are run by women who actually care about us fellow women. I've had excellent service with Paper Issues and that makes me want to keep buying from them.

I'll give a shout out to Hip Kit club. My card that I use for everything has been "compromised" twice in the past few months and the second time I had to provide a new number I completely messed it up. They fixed the extra order very quickly and promptly communicated with me via email all the way through. Everything was totally my fault and they made it painless to get it straightened out.
Love Paper Issues too! I ordered something one morning and I had it the next day with standard shipping.

while I love scrapbook.com, I have to pay AZ tax, so my go-to shops are ACOT and paper issues.
Cassie at PI is amazing, from her presence on the fb group, to her communication, to the pretty packaging and hand-written thank-yous in each package and of course the lightning-fast shipping.
all the little extras really add up! yesterday in the fb group they posted images of pink paislee's new moonstruck collection since no one in the group had seen it yet, which I thought was yet another nice touch.

I will rave about Scrapyourtrip.com They have the theme papers I want and they are a small company but they seem to know their customers. I love the personalized paper they do.

I wanted to say how much I love Paper Issues also. Thanks to Melissa for letting us use her discount code. The shipping and customer service are terrific. I'm not on Facebook, so I can't participate in all of the challenges, but I enjoy looking at the comments they post.

I remembered two stores that are awesome. I use them mostly for stamping stuff, but they have a lot of other crafty too.
scrapbookpal.com - super fast shipping, free over $25, and their stamps are discounted every day.
oozak.com - you can take advantage of sale prices even if an item is sold out, free shipping after $50, and log in to see the cheaper Copic prices.
My great customer service story: I ordered some Copics, got one wrong one, but procrastinated and did not follow up with them. Some how they must have discovered their mistake and they just sent it to me without mentioning the wrong one they sent.

I love Paper Issues too, for all the reasons already stated. I love the tissue and red ribbon packaging and the little card tucked in. Feels like Christmas!

I'd like to rave about scrapbookingforless.com I ordered Monday, my order shipped Tuesday (Priority) and it was delivered today (Thursday).
I ordered to get Tokyo paper, but filled a small cart with nine 12x12 sheets of Bella Blvd texts and treasures...love those and they were $1.00! Also Bella Blvd and October Afternoon papers.
It was a nice place to find some bargains! Their collections are 50% off, too.

They're not as big as ACOT or Scrapbook.com, but they're my new go-to place to check first. How quick was Paper Issues's shipping? I find that ACOT feels like it takes forever -- usually 4-5 days, which I know doesn't sound crazy, but it's literally going one state over. Maybe I'm just ruined by Amazon Prime and Prime now haha.

My recent PI order (my first) shipped within 2 days and arrived in New Zealand 6 days later. I was very impressed!
