I've been itching to start some new projects now that fall is here. I don't have any craft stores nearby, and I'm in the mood to go yarn shopping!! The only place I've ordered from is Deramores...I was happy with them, but I have to pay extra for shipping since I'm not in the UK. What are your favorite places to order yarn online?

I have ordered many times from Knitting Warehouse. They have basics at a good price. It isn't the quickest packing and shipping but, I'm never in a big hurry, so it doesn't matter to me.

Knittingwarewouse.co.uk Yes they are in the UK but shipping is a flat fee and very reasonable. I ordered 50 balls of yarn for less than $10 shipping. Couldn't have got it in the US for that. I also love the Addi crochet hooks they sell

I have also ordered from Knitting Warehouse but I much prefer getting from Hobby Lobby. But I do use the Addi hooks and have for 4-5 years. LOVE them. I got mine from an eBay seller.

Knitpicks, Loopy Ewe, Little Knits, Jimmy Beans Wool. I've had great service with all of these.

Those Addi hooks look so cool! I inherited all of my grandmother's crochet hooks and knitting needles...so I always think of her when I'm doing my hand crafts. She was the one who taught me how to crochet. Thanks ladies for all the shopping suggestions!

Jimmy Beans Wool, KnitPicks, Quince & Co, and Expression Fiber Arts. I ordered from WEBS once and think that would be a great choice, too. I've ordered some sample cards from OWool but have not yet actually ordered any yarn. I'm very interested, though.

Jimmy beans, knit picks, and yarn.com (webs) are my favorites along with independent dyers on etsy.
