fyi...
I tried logging into my account today -and it comes up with a total different person's details. Its my account name - but everything else is different (name, address, email etc etc ) You can't check order history or anything as it says the passwords don't match.
I called and they said there was an issue with their site that they are trying to get resolved.
The persons name in Canada is fictious used for testing and that if I want to order to call them.....
They also said not to worry about credit card details etc as they don't store them. I only use paypal so I am ok anyway. But it threw me for a loop! Hopefully they aren't down playing it

This brings back memories, Two Peas in a bucket did this at one time. I logged in under MY login/name and password and the account was totally someone elses. There were quite a few people on the message boards whose account was doing the same thing.

I hope it's soon rectified.
I created a new account, continuing to use PayPal to place my pinkfesh Oh joy order. I really like shopping at blue moon despite their crappy site, because they have great service.

I placed an order early in Sept. And it was already this way. It was very annoying, first I couldn't log in kept telling me it was the wrong password, then it lost my saved cart, I tried making a new account ant it wouldn't let me. He told me the were working on fixing it but I guess they haven't. I see my account still has the wrong info and honestly if they make it so difficult their customers are going to go elsewhere.
