I'm wondering if some of my older stamp pads still correspond to current colors - just a different name. Any suggestions to match the following ink pads with? Glorious Green Pink Passion Marvelous Magenta Brocade Blue Green Galore Gable Green Positively Pink Blush Blossom Lavender Lace Sage Shadow
Thank you.

Thank you. Let me see what I can find out. Some of these colors have been retired for many, many years. I'll follow up.

I've never seen SU! rebrand colors w/ different names. Usually there's a change in color. Here's what I've found so far:
Glorious Green is very close to brand new Emerald Envy Pink Passion - currently there isn't a color close to this but Melon Mambo or Flirty Flamingo would be good alternatives. Marvelous Magenta - similar to PP above. Melon Mambo or Rich Razzleberry would be good alternatives.

I have a lot of really old ink pads that are still in good shape due to lack of use LOL. Anyway, I have about 20 more of them but haven't been able to find any details about the colors. Thanks for your help.

Since your ink pads are in good working condition, I'm not sure what exactly you're asking in the original post. I thought you were trying to match the retired colors to the closest current color as possible.

I was trying to match retired to current - I wanted to pick up some cardstock primarily.

I was trying to match retired to current - I wanted to pick up some cardstock primarily. I ran into that, too. I wanted to find current products that would work well with old ink pads, but didn't find too much information.

Everything changes, inks, paper, pens, pencils etc. If exact matches is what you have to deal with, I suggest making up your own sample book. That way you can have it in hand when you do your shopping. Keep in mind when you shop on line; the color on your monitor is not real. There are 140 HTML name colors, each designated by a string of 6 letter/number combination. Here is a chart; www.w3schools.com/colors/colors_names.asp
