Baked spaghetti casserole (freezer) and a small salad. I'm going to live dangerously and try a half slice of cheesecake (freezer) tonight and see how it goes.

PepsiGal, so glad to hear your pup is feeling better! We are considering getting a golden...I really want one, but I'm not sure about the shedding. Great news about Pepper! anxiousmom, please let us know how your interview goes. I was thinking of you the other day, wondering if it had been rescheduled yet. Crossing my fingers it goes well! Yes, the are great shedders (in fact, we did have two) and I vacuumed as much as I could be NEVER got ahead of them. They are a very lovable and quick to learn breed. Believe me after a few years you don't 'see' all the golden tumble weeds (as we call them).

Ok so I made the roasted cabbage soup that Suziee2 recommended I included her addition of white beans but I also made my own addition I added basil sausage that I had to cook or freeze. I was fabulous. It recommend the recipe.
