I woke up at 3am and thought "Hey, dummy! Let's watch some ID channel, I'm sure that will put you right back to bed." I found THIS on Buzzfeed, so I know I'm not alone. Any other pea-IDers out there?  |

Those were funny!! I love ID Channel! I fall asleep with the TV on but I have to turn it down so I can hear the talking but not the actual words otherwise I will keep watching!

I gave up cable, other than a handful of channels, so I don't get the ID channel anymore other than the limited shows they have on Hulu. I think it's for the best. I'm surprised I could leave my home after all those crime shows!

I loved ID when we had cable years ago but now I have to watch things on Hulu and YouTube. It is one of the things I do miss about cable. I wish that they would offer a monthly sub like lifetime does to watch stuff.

I purposely leave it on the ID channel, so when I turn it on, I can rewind as far back as it will go. My favorite is A Crime to Remember. I do cringe at the super cheesy ones like Wives with Knives.

I don't like a lot of the newer shows where the host is far too involved in the stories- Lt Joe Kenda, the one with Tamron Hall, etc. I also think they have too much of a focus on Female killers. Just because the bulk of the audience is women doesn't mean we only want to see shows about women.

I'm kinda picky about my crime obsession. I don't like crimes about serial killers or children/ teens involved. Give me a good old spousal killing, there does seem to be an endless supply of them. Ha.
I actually live for Dateline, 48 Hours and 20/20.
I may or may not watch the same "good" ones more than once.

Hmmm, mine is HLN Forensic Files with the droning narrative. I need to branch out. we don't get ID (but i covet it)... HLN for forensic files is my middle of the night "go to" channel. DH *says* it drives him nuts..... but he is literally snoring in 12 seconds so i am skeptical since it clearly is not keeping him up!! and when i watched bits of the first presidential debate i thought "wow, host of dateline got to be the mediator?!?!" not realizing he had additional accomplishments.  |

Haha - I am such an ID channel addict. Numbers 11 and 12 are so true!!! Recently, my mom was telling me about a crime in their small town and I told her that should be a story on the ID channel |
