I have returned to taking yoga classes at a studio in my town. I will be out of town for four days with a group of ladies. Three of us would like to practice yoga at least once while away. I have looked for studios near the location we are staying and the nearest studio is 40 minutes away. Do you have a suggestion for a video on Youtube (or elsewhere) that we could follow for our practice? I have looked and watched quite a few, but they are not what I am looking for. I would appreciate your suggestions that are tried and true.

I like Adriene's videos too. She's very good at explaining what she's doing and how to modify it.

Just want to third about Adrienne. Love love love her. Or at least her Beginner stuff. Her more advanced owns me, but I'd rather be owned by her than anyone else I've tried. Even my kids will try it if it's her.

I see I've been beat to it, but I love Yoga with Adrienne as well! I have done several of her videos as well as some others on Youtube. Hers are far and away my favorite.

Beachbody on Demand has a 3 week yoga retreat program for beginners. If you've never done it before, it's free for the first 30 days. That might work for your trip.
