WHY WHY WHY are they not on.... they always start at the same time as Survivor. It can't be low ratings...they are still usually up for awards. I MISS it so much!!!

I suspect it will be a mid-season replacement. I think a season has filmed, but it has not been added to the CBS lineup yet.

Meanwhile, my husband is at the point of watch it or delete it...he's in the middle of the season before last and we have so many full seasons of shows (some as short as 5 episodes and some as long as 22) of things to watch that if he doesn't watch soon, he's going to have to skip catching up because we just don't have the DVR storage space (I watch all my shows).
He had to cut Big Brother off of his watch list because he just doesn't have the time (it was during the super racist season and it doesn't appear to have gotten better with the contestants, so that's probably not that bad of a thing). Maybe this is a blessing for him...it gives him a bit more time to catch up.

You're right, they do usually start within a few days of each other. I didn't even think about TAR not being on right now. I love TAR!

I think DH said that he did see something about it starting up mid-season this time around. That makes me sad and a little worried. I don't want it to go away. Mini-sort-of spoiler about the "theme" or "twist" of the next season, whenever it finally airs: The "twist" for this one is supposed to be that no one knows each other, right? Like the couple one, but without trying to make actual couples. Just teams of strangers.

I was just wondering about this myself. The internet says it is waiting for some other show to get cancelled to make room on the schedule, and that worries me. If it isn't good enough to get a spot right away, maybe the ratings aren't great?

I've read that it is being held back to pop in as a quick replacement show for anything pulled off the air quickly which kind of sucks IMHO. Apparantly MacGuyver is doing better than AR was in the Friday time slot and is beating the other networks. I hated when they moved AR to Friday nights. I've also read that the cast is all stangers and teams were formed through a school yard pick based on how they did in the first challenge. There is also a rumor that Season 30, currently casting, could be the last.

Maybe I'll go back to season one and start trying to find them to watch all over again whenever it ends. Save
